Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Havant

I’m not usually one to message on here however today I had quite a poor experience. It was clear the lady on the till was in training and the more experienced blonde employee didn’t seem all the interested in helping her. I ordered a oat milk cappuccino with caramel and a ham and cheese croissant. I wasn’t asked if I had any allergies which I did and also no courteous thank you or any kind of customer service just a comment by the experienced lady ‘why are we so busy today’ then waited for my drink/food. Waited patiently then my drink was called which was not with oat milk, so I waited some more. Received my drink and waited another 10 mins give or take for my croissant which was for my partner, finally left after 25 mins of grabbing a coffee to go. Really unprofessional staff 😕 Two young members of staff, one being a girl who was wearing a name badge with her incorrect name on which was imitating her Male co-workers, when told our order she made it very obvious she had no idea how to make this by stating out loud she “didn’t know what that was,” while making our drinks (which took longer than our hot food) she proceeded to take her mask off to joke around with her co worker, swearing and drinking her own Starbucks coffee! Considering we were the only ones in there she could have waited to do this when we left, she then nearly got our order wrong but was corrected by her co-worker Harry who all in all was okay except taking a phone call mid order but this was because the girl didn’t want to pick it up herself. The coffees and breakfast were nice just tarnished by bad service which is a shame, judging by other reviews I guess we caught them...

Toilets do break down....but from sign on door and other evidence, it seemed to me like gents had been broken for a while. Diaabled occupied so was advised to use filling station toilet.... across busy traffic thoroughfare. Cars coming off dual carriage were coming in at fair speed and there's no pedetrian crossing. Very dangerous! Disabled toilet, used for one of my car party was OK but well worn, probably because it had been standing in as 'gents' for so long. Eating area bit tatty and disabled car park ckoked with leaves and other debris. Made it difficult to get wheelchair onto pavement. Starbucks need to give this store some...
