Burger King — Restaurant in Hertsmere

I recently visited Burger King, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly grilled burgers filled the air, setting the stage for what would be a memorable meal.

The food was simply outstanding. I ordered the Whopper, and it was everything a burger should be—juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The flame-grilled beef patty had that distinct, smoky taste that only Burger King can deliver. The fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, crunchy pickles, and creamy mayo all came together to create a balanced and satisfying bite every time. The buns were soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the ingredients together without getting soggy.

I paired my burger with a side of crispy fries, which were golden and perfectly seasoned. They had just the right amount of crunch on the outside and were fluffy on the inside. The onion rings were another highlight, with a crispy coating that gave way to tender, sweet onions with every bite. And let's not forget the zesty dipping sauces that added an extra layer of flavour.

To wash it all down, I opted for a refreshing soft drink from their wide selection of beverages. The drink was ice-cold and perfectly carbonated, a great way to complement the rich flavours of the food.

The service was prompt and friendly, with the staff making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The restaurant was clean, and the seating was comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal either on your own or with friends and family.

Burger King consistently delivers on taste, quality, and value. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite on the go or sitting down to enjoy a meal, you can count on Burger King to serve up something delicious every time. I highly recommend it for anyone craving a truly satisfying...

What a horrible fast food restaurant (on every level) the Burger King is at South Mimms services. I will talk about our rubbish meals in a moment (that cost over £32) after I highlight the awful staff there; rude, ignorant, even when collecting my expensive and horrible meals I was not acknowledged in any way whatsoever. I may as well have been invisible. I myself work in a busy fast food takeaway and would never ever treat people, paying customers, with such indifference. Now the drink - DO NOT BUY THE FANTA SLUSHY, there is a supplement for it and it’s absolutely gross. Myself and my kids left ours. The food - don’t bother paying the added supplement for so called ‘loaded’ fries cos they won’t be loaded, just a small dob of melted yellow and pale bacon pieces atop lukewarm, non-crispy fries. The burger bun was dry, stale??? I had trouble swallowing it. The burgers were (again barely warm let alone hot) pathetically small and tasted meh! The bacon again pale and cold. Whole thing was difficult to swallow and extremely unsatisfying. I usually like a Burger King, it is usually a treat for myself and my two sons but I will never, as long as I live, eat...

We use Burger King on a weekly basis…. The machines at this service station do not work correctly, when ordering a complete meal deal, the machine asks which drinks you require, but completes without adding it. All staff are extremely rude, would not come and take a look at the machine, to confirm or disprove the machine was at fault….. others were having exactly the same problems and went for food elsewhere….. To top it all off, the manager ignorantly was discussing with his staff in a foreign language, whilst dealing with us, even though, they all spoke perfectly good English….. Had to ask for a full refund three times ….. Disgusting experience, which could have been sorted out simply, if the staff were not so ignorant….. Burger King should be looking at this establishment and its staff closely, as it is creating a very.bad impression of its brand…. On leaving the services, we noted that the manager , was checking the ordering machines……. Why not do it at point of complaining. Doesn’t deserve the 1 star you have to provide, to give the review……. AVOID IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD STOP...
