Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Hertsmere

The lady doing my drink with a very puoty lip unfortunately made my drink in a cup that smelt like it had been dragged on the floor. I had to go back and ask for it to be changed. During my visit, the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate the building as they do not have a fire Marshall onsite. Upon leaving I said bye and the pouty lip lady just stared at me........ issues!!!

Get some manners and a closer fire Marshall leaving all those old folks standing outside in the freezing cold because you don't seem to have a proper system in place...

Stopped in for some much needed caffeine. Asked for a large black coffee. Absolutely poor customer service was served by a staff member call dev and advised him I would like a toffee nut latte with 3 shots when my drink was ready he never put the extra shot of coffee in and did not put in the sprinkles on top of the crame then starts arguing with me about the drink saying he put 3 shots after all this a nice polite staff member remade mu drink as how I ordered.
