McDonald's — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

There was too much traffic to go through the drive through, so ended up going inside to eat with my wife and son. Ordered using the computer, because there was no-one there take our order. Placed our order which was quick and easy. Took a good few minutes to find a table, due to every table being dirty due to rubbish being left from previous customers.

We cleaned a small table and sat down. We waited a good 15 minutes for the food to be ready. Food is your standard mcdonalds fair. Honestly I could easily never have a mcdonalds for the rest of my life. My criticism is that the 2 milkshakes we ordered were overfilled and they just leaked everywhere. We were shy two straws, but there was no-one on the counter to ask for some. The fries looked dirty. Not you're usual mcds fri, looks like their fryers need cleaning.

There was no napkins, no tomato ketchup in pumps. All the bins were full so you couldn't actually tidy you're rubbish away. Honestly, this was one of the dirtiest mcdonalds I've visited in a long time. Saw a customer complain about their food and the young gentleman behind the counter who finally arrived to speak to him could not care a hoot. Would not...

Update 09/07/2023. At Macky'doodles near Hinckley (the A5 site). Two double cheeseburger meals very nice, but then a friend saw me and showed me his fillet of fish, half a slice of cheese and mayo in the box good food.....You couldn't make it up!Hello and welcome to Macky'doodles!They have installed Instavolt chargers at both Hinckley sites! Read the small print, because Instavolt take £30.00 deposit every time you use a machine and because their machines are unreliable, every time you retry ANOTHER £30.00 is taken, this amount is returned anywhere up to 30 days later (less your charge fee) this is daylight (and night-time) robbery, still, don't be surprised folks, it's just a comedy visiting Macky'doodles! 100% the worst McDonald's I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. This isn't the first bad experience at this particular one but I like to give the benefit of doubt (even though my bad experiences are multiple 🙄) So after a grueling 10 hour shift I decided to stop off to grab myself and my husband a meal each on the way home (10.50pm) I order at the order point and wait....and wait....and wait....one customer gets fed up a demands a refund. Almost half an hour I waited for my food ....my two very basic meals! Other than the man who got a refund there were only 3 teenaged lads waiting and an Uber eats driver waiting. Finally after waiting half an hour for my 'fast food' I checked the bag and the chips were only half full 🤯 I asked for them to be changed.....big mistake....had to wait another 5 minutes! When I finally got home (which is less than half a mile away I like ve on Coventry rd) I discovered my food was stone cold and the chips were rubbery! Never will I go back to this McDonald's. We've given them far too many...
