Three Pots Pantry — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

I really wanted to like this little café, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. One of the most concerning issues was hygiene—staff were seen handling cash and then immediately preparing food without washing their hands. That’s a basic standard that should never be overlooked.

The food itself is okay, but definitely overpriced considering most of it appears to be bulk-bought from Costco. It’s hard to justify the cost when the ingredients and presentation don’t reflect the price point.

Service was also quite slow, even when the café wasn’t particularly busy. It felt like the staff weren’t in any rush, which made the wait frustrating.

Overall, it’s a shame. The café has potential, but it feels like the owner is more focused on profit margins than creating a genuinely welcoming and high-quality experience. With a bit more care and attention to detail, this place could be so...

Usually a nice little run Cafe where I've had excellent customer service in the past , However this Sunday morning i arrived just after 11:00am and waited patently behind two other customer's who got served and were wished a good day by the girl's serving them . This is the weird part as I moved forward both girl's went back in to the kitchen area and a older blonde lady took their position behind the service counter and was pretending to write some thing down not even looking at me or acknowledging me as a customer!! After about 20/30 seconds with nothing I left . Don't know what happened I didn't even speak just walked in to this Cafe and was ghosted...maybe its my heritage/ skin colour ? Drove a mile or so in to Hinckley town centre and picked up my order from the corner Cafe where they happy to see me...

Update 10th April 2024. Popped in again under new ownership, disappointed and not overly impressed!! Thought it was a bit expensive, had bacon and mushroom baguette and latte and have had better quality tbh so will give it a miss even though i live nearby!! Needs some new ideas on inside decor, staff and other areas!! Visit on 24th May 2023 to 3 Pots Pantry and was disappointed to be quite honest. I put a good review on the last time but this time not very good. Asked for a bacon and mushroom baguette which was only half filled and a cheese and onion baguette which I had at home and realised when I unwrapped it there was no onion in it and again half filled!! Very poor portions and expensive for what I had. Latte was nice though! Don't think il be coming...
