Flo's Cafe — Restaurant in Horsham

First time we visited we had takeaway as a treat for my young son, walked home to find the order wrong and missing items. We couldn’t face the walk back. Visited today, 2 of us sat on a dirty table of 4, waiting for my husband to join. l asked for it to be cleaned, lady came over and cleaned half the table and left the other half v dirty. The food was delivered to the table by a lady using her hoodie sleeves to cover her hands because the plates were hot, even worse her thumbs were touching my mushrooms. Then halfway through another lady brought our drinks over and put her sleeve fully in my breakfast dragging some of it off the plate. I pointed it out and she just said sorry and walked off. Needless to say I didn’t finish it and left hungry. If that wasn’t all gross enough the salt and pepper on the table were covered in ketchup and the wall full of cobwebs and spiders. The food is nice and it’s so local I want to love it, but the place needs a clean and the staff need hygiene training....

I had an amazing brunch experience in the café, and there was more variety of food than expected!

I had an English breakfast (£10) and a vanilla milkshake (£4.25) The breakfast was amazing but slightly oily. The hash brown and toast were crispy and tastes better with the tinned tomato; the bacon and the sausage was a bit too salty and oily, but it’s still nice with the toast :)

Amazing delicious food, great environment and friendly staff. All the surfaces we clean and empty plates were cleared away quickly. It's clearly a popular cafe and deservedly so in my opinion as the food was so good. We had paninis and a sandwich both of which were made freshly and tasted so good but they have a varied menu of sandwiches, light bites and full meals so it caters to all. I can't wait to go back and try another item from their menu! Try them, you won't be...
