Burger King — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

Now unfortunately this is the only BK for miles around because I would not return here if it wasn't exactly that. Firstly it is a service station BK which means you know it won't be as good anyway. I went here later than usual, around half eight or nine, and the staff must have been on one this night! I went to use the toilet and there were those large cone wet floor signs out which I walked around and opened the door. I was met with the rudest staff member I could have met as she argued with me to say the signs are out, can't I see them. I informed her they were merely wet floor signs and if she wanted people to know the toilets were out of order as they were being cleaned, maybe it was an idea to put a sign out stating that. She then huffed and tutted and minutes Kate, hand wrote a snotty sign saying the toilets were being cleaned. This is not the only time I have experienced rude staff here and now, I simply will not be nice or try with any of the staff, regardless of how nice they are because I am yet to find a nice one if I'm honest. Service station food means it is generally chucked in, no real care to presentation and I have almost never managed to get just out of the fryer chips. Always luke warm so all in all, dreadful BK, but, it is the only one around here and my family and I prefer it to its rival so have no real choice other than to not go as often...

Ordered two Chicken Royal meals for my girlfriend and daughter, and treated myself to what I thought was a double cheeseburger — turned out to be a lukewarm disappointment with a side of soggy sadness. Also got some chilli cheese bites, which were the only ones bringing any heat to the table.

Tried to use the app — guy at the counter gave me the offers but didn’t scan it, so no points for me. Brilliant. Like a buy-one-get-one betrayal.

Chips were fresh out the fryer and hotter than the surface of the sun. Honestly, I think my fingertips are still recovering.chicken royal was swimming in lettuce like it was trying to audition for a Caesar salad.

Place was clean-ish, staff were polite-ish, enthusiasm was non-existent. They looked like they were being held there against their will.

UP DATE we came here for lunch today and found the restaraunt very clean It may be under new management but there is a real improvement since my last visit.

my son asked if we could visit Burger King at Brampton Hut as he loves to have a weekly trip out for something to eat. When we entered the restaraunt, we tried to sanitise our hands but their dispenser didn't work. Luckily we carry some with us so we could use our own. The service was helpful and polite but the counter had greasy marks all over it. We went to sit down and l noticed crumbs on the tables and seats so there doesn't appear to be any cleaning done between customers.
