Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

Always reliable when family meet up on the A1. Used up the last 65p of a £5 voucher towards the 4 hot drinks, so cheers Starbucks and thanks to the survey company which issued my voucher! Update May 11 2024. Very busy on a warm Saturday morning. Very cheerful female staff member took o hardrder which took a while. Coffee excellent as usual. This branch could do with an additional toilet as the queue was almost merging with the people waiting for their orders! It made me think that W. C. might mean Waiting for Coffee! Still my preferred coffee shop at Brampton Hut ☕. Update 26 August Bank Holiday Monday. Second visit in 6 days. Very busy as expected but service was pretty good. Tried the Iced Caramel Latte which I tasted last week and it was extremely pleasant. One toilet closed today so Starbucks haven't conquered this particular aspect of their set up. I'd give the place 5 stars if not for the slightly more disruptive staff members there. I'm unsure as of names, but one in particular appears to be a lot younger. They're very loud and at random intervals I have heard or seen them clapping or messing around. On top of that, they have been quite dismissive of their duties, notably whrn I've seen another member of staff giving them tasks. Other staff members I have observed being very laid back and focused on their conversation rather than their customers. On the bright side, there is this new girl who has been very friendly and helpful towards customers, and I believe she is all about doing her job. A couple of other older staff members are quite focused too, but the newer girl has so far shined more than others. So, I'd give it 5 stars, but I don't thi k it would be fair to...

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the recent reviews, and just wished I’d of checked them before I came! We popped in whilst travelling, and the young blonde girl made it seem like pulling teeth was more enjoyable than serving us! I asked for the special drink at the time which was about a fiver, then when I realised it was a cold drink I asked to change it, (I’d already paid for the drink but she hadn’t started making it yet) she reluctantly agreed (with an eye roll) and just gave me my new drink, although I had already paid about £1.50 extra for the special drink. She didn’t refund me and then ask me to pay for the new chosen drink, and as we wanted to get back on the road and she was just miserable I’d rather miss out on the money.
