I’ve been here few times. Coffee is Bristol which is Italian brand not massive like the other brands from the markets which means quality is there. Owner as the other stuff members always polite and smiled. Don’t understand the comments about seating there … unfortunately if someone is paying rent and buys their own furniture then the owner can setup some ground rules how their are used. Bare that in mind people šŸ˜‰

Lovely coffee served by a lovely lady. I’m very saddened to read a review that is designed to put people off using this facility at One Leisure. This was opened by a young woman endeavouring to provide a much needed service to users of the centre and to ensure a living for her young family. She rents the space and has purchased the furniture for it. It is therefore up to her what she does with it. She has put up polite notices asking that HER furniture is reserved for patrons of the coffee shop. Not unreasonable. If the person complaining was a regular user of the coffee shop perhaps she would have had reason to moan, the suggestion she might have done in the future, not a great inducement. HDC decided to rent this space out and surely if people waiting to use their facilities are unable to stand for the ā€˜5 minute wait’ or are reluctant to purchase anything, they should take that up with HDC, they after all, are the ones not providing waiting area seating. As a regular user I can highly recommend the coffee and the owner and think they should be judged on their merits. BTW my fellow players and I, who buy coffees once or twice a week, have asked politely if we could use the chairs when it hasn’t been full and she has very nicely let us. It’s all in the...

Recently (2 weeks, maybe) this coffee shop opened at One Leisure Huntingdon. Today the lady working in the new coffee shop was very rude to me and my children by saying we couldn’t use the seats unless we buy something and that we should wait in the small hall close to the door. (We was waiting for children’s sport session to begin). I normally seat there for literally 5 minutes before going in for children’s sport session and before didn’t had anything there, just reception. And because today I wasn’t buying anything doesn’t mean that I will not in other days. I felt that this was totally unnecessary and unacceptable as her coffee shop is in the reception area of One Leisure. We wasn’t in anyone’s way and not occupying customers seats as there’s not one customer! Now I am sure that I will not buying anything there as instead of invite people to know what they offer they are...
