I was in Gt.Harwood on a mission felt the pangs of hunger. So with a 5star rating for hygiene went inside. It's a pleasant café, with plenty of seating, and a good menu. I ordered a baked potato with chilli concarna, with cheese. This was strange for me as I don't like cheese. Anyway it came and was very nice, with lots of filling plus salad. Of course, a large cup of rosylea, tea The cafe was quiet but very homely, with people talking and saying hello. Staff were young girls who were exceedingly good at their jobs and clearing tables. There was nice clean toilets, and as I always check for cutlery ,which were clean also. As for my mission it failed.but I live in hope. I finished my meal and paid £15. a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays. Oh I forgot I also had a strawberry milkshake, which was very nice but gave me a severe brainfreeze.

We had a great experience at this breakfast spot. The service was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and as I don’t like bacon, they kindly prepared it with ham instead, it was delicious. My boyfriend had a sandwich that came with a side of salad and chips, which he really enjoyed. Coffees weee good to, served with a lotus biscuit on the side, which is a nice touch. The portions were generous, and the quality and prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return.

Went here for tea with the family and was just expecting some food etc. I felt like I was in a wonderland of taste. Like a spectacle of dancing flavours on my tongue. Every bite was delicious, from the chips to the burger and even the ice cream afterwards 😋. The staff are friendly and look after all of your needs in a timely manner. The atmosphere is just right. A great temperature and all round positive feeling and competitive prices to boot. A brilliant experience 👏 👌

I said to the young lady serving I would write a favourable review ... So here I am. Firstly I will state that I tumbled into this place in a rainy and cold day and was in need of nourishment and nourishment I did receive. The service was good if not a little all over the place but the girls were kind enough, looked at me and my fellow Geordie mate like rabble but we are used to that. The coffee was nice and the breakfast was also nice. I would however recommend using butter instead of margarine in your bubble and squeak because all I could taste was cheap spread. Sausage deffo the highlight. We did ask what local pubs were open but I think if you put all the staff's age together they still wouldn't be able to get a pint (bar the kitchen staff). Overall a...

I visited Otto yesterday lunchtime with a friend . I ordered 'smashed' avocado with poached eggs on toast. What I received was 'unripe' sliced avocado, unable to eat or smash. I told the young lady it wasn't edible. I waited for someone to come n speak to us, to maybe apologise, offer another dish or say we wouldn't be charged for the dish, however no one bothered, I went to pay and said I wasn't prepared to pay for the avocado dish, she said that's fine..... totally unacceptable behaviour. My friends breakfast was ok, though his experience was spoilt, due to my problem. I must say the place is very clean n welcoming, however the young staff need some training in...
