HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The "manager" as she claims to be work today morning got two old buns from the bottom of the floor tray. when telling her I would like the ones in the glass case she refused to sell me them ones and wanted me to take the ones she taken out from the tray underneath. When asking her to show me the tray she refused to do that as well. My daughter is ill and I wanted to make sure she was getting old bakery. I even shown her to say they look old and to give them ones in the glass case which is somthing simple she could have done instead it was her trying to have power over me. Good thing there's a bakery shop near co op that LISTENS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS...

This bakery used to be one of the best in Ipswich. I used to use it daily for my work food. I don’t know if it’s changed hands or something but it’s seriously gone downhill. The only thing ok/safe to buy from here is bread and rolls which are always been fresh. The cakes, pies etc are never fresh, if they don’t sell they just let them sit there (regulars can see this) We got lunch a few weeks ago, included in that was 2 Cornish pasties, my partner and daughter said they tasted off and didn’t take more than a couple of bites, you could see the meat had gone hard! by evening, both were very poorly with an upset stomach.
