The store is what you'd expect of a chicken fast food place so not much to say there, it's clean and inviting.

Customer service is lacking tho, I ordered by giving them the meal number I wanted and some chicken pieces, paid for the stuff and got home to realise I was given completely the wrong stuff other than the chicken pieces.

Needless to say next time I'll check on the spot when receiving the bag.

The stress and hassle to go back and have the issue addressed is certainly not worth it so decided to attempt and enjoy the suprise meal instead.

Well at least the food is great so I'll give them full marks on that.

We have bought our takeaway here for more than 9 years. It used to be a very outstanding place to buy fried chicken. I used to direct locals to this place esp for the wings. Last week on Sunday we ordered our usual 2boxed of 6 wings meal deal and chicken nugget and popcorn for our toddler. The chicken wings didn't seem fresh and were too spicy. If felt like the recipe had changed. The fries were so dry, it felt like we were eating beef jerky. After 10 minutes of eating, I was having bouts of diarrhoea and same for my partner. We believe that we had food poisoning. I am beyond disappointed I really had pride in this takeaway but it's gone downhill. We will not order ever again from here.
