Pizza Go Go Ipswich — Restaurant in Ipswich

Pizza NoNo. Asked for the order to be delivered to my back door. When it hadn't arrived for 30 minutes after it was due went to look outside to find it left on the path outside my back gate (which was unlocked so no issue opening it). Literally on the floor. Food stone cold. The app was showing the food awaiting delivery so I don’t know how long it had been left there. I called the restaurant who took no responsibility whatsoever. Shame, I’ve enjoyed eating here but doubt I’ll come back.

Update - have been trying to contact them for a week to finally receive a response that say ‘it’s tough, you should have come to us directly and not used Uber Eats as we have problems using them. Nothing we can do to help’.

Absolutely appalling way to treat paying customers. So many better places to eat who look after...

If I could review with less than a star I would. Extremely rude service. The person I called to order my pizza kept on hanging up the phone while I was ordering. Despite giving a second chance and calling again, he repeated his ill behaviors. When I pointed out that I am his customer he said 'ok' and hung up yet again. I hope no one buys from them again. The shop right next to them is much better both customer service wise and their quality of food. I hope the person who answers the calls is fired. I must add the customer service is something which managers of Pizza Go Go take care about, ive had an issue at one of my visit and i was called next day sorting everything out!

I was very very surprised with a feedback directly from management to rectify the issue! As I previously said you making a very good Garlic Sizzler in town so I wont go to anywhere!
