Purchased 2 x 8 piece full English breakfasts and asked if I could swap the mushrooms for an extra sausage, they refused. Asked for an extra egg instead and she reluctantly said ok. Upon arriving back to eat my breakfast found that they had left the eggs off both breakfasts anyway and charged for a full 8 piece breakfast. Come on, it's not that hard to get a breakfast right, this is there day job after all. As well as robbing us blind the quality of the sausage was not even up to Richmond standards.
