Greggs — Restaurant in Kirklees

I've recently started coming to this greggs and I have to say it's not great. I usually just get a orange hot chocolate, a bun and/or a cheese salad sarni but when I come here it seems that the orange hot chocolate is hard to make and on 2 occasions it's had to be made 3 times, which in turn then holds the queue up and everyone then ends up standing outside getting stressed that there going to be late for work. I went this morning and it was all fine as I got a latte and a tuna mayo sub roll. I have just opened my sarni at work and all I can say is VILE! I bit into the sub roll and it was so soggy that the bread was wet through🤮. Clearly Greggs don't drain their tuna then mixes it with mayo hoping it will bulk it out! Trust me it dosnt. I bit into it and the squelching sound it made was horrible so I binned it. If you would like me to show the Greggs staff how to make a real tuna sandwich then...

I like Greggs I have to say, so this review is specifically for the Leeds Rd branch in Huddersfield. I called in this afternoon for soup and a sandwich. I was a bit disappointed they only had one soup on offer (tomato), but it wasn't the end of the world. So I went to pick up a sandwich and the top two shelves were completely empty. There was ONE baguette on the next shelf and three on the bottom!

C'mon, really?? I spoke to a member of staff to ask if that's all they had in sandwiches, which yes....I realise it may sound a but dumb, but I couldn't actually believe that at 2pm in an afternoon they had the grand total of 4 sandwiches to choose from. I was informed yes that's all they had and that they did keep telling 'them' (not sure who they are) that they don't have enough sandwiches and keep running out. Lucky for me, Subway...

Not the first time paying a visit to Greggs Leeds road Huddersfield at 12-30 to 1pm lunchtime to find absolutely nothing on sale no availability or choice of products 1 sandwiches or baguettes on sale pasties and rolls very low now Im a manager myself and work in food retail myself and the amount of sales this shop must be losing at prime peak trading times is shocking management need to up there planning and organisation to deliver availability and choice to the customers abysmal was a Que out of the door including workmen highly amusing because no idea what they was going to buy unless they fancied a vegan roll ! I asked if anymore baguettes was coming out on sale to which my sister laughed and said why you asking you already...
