KFC Belle Vale - Beacon Services — Restaurant in Knowsley

I think we've been here in person once, and had a delivery order from it via the app.

AVOID DELIVERY ORDERS AT ALL COSTS.

The KFC app charges cheaper prices than ordering exactly the same thing in-store on the electronic terminal, I'm talking maybe £2 extra on a £15 order. Delivery orders come with an additional "service" AND "delivery" charge.

The in-person visit (when we were overcharged) had no working hand sanitizer in the entrance to the restaurant or the toilets. The terminals you order from weren't printing receipts, and when you need the order number on the receipt to claim your order... We mentioned it to the staff, one guy says "they haven't been working for ages" (how would that help when it gets busy ?).

The delivery order was ready at about 14:35 but wasn't picked up for an hour, and finally delivered at 15:55. We live 12 minutes away, but when the food arrived it was cold - as in trading standards would shut them down immediately cold. The chips were room temperature and inedible, a tub of rice was 40C, and the chicken was 42C.

If it left the restaurant at a legal / safe temperature, I doubt it could have reached such a low temperature if the delivery driver had simply left it on his roof bringing it to us, and hit heavy traffic on the way. Twice.

I believe my order was simply dumped on the counter, not kept in a hot cupboard to keep it at a safe / legal temperature prior to being picked up. This is very sloppy practice and a sign of completely unacceptable...

This place is needs 0 star for review few times been in this new branch and everytime there is an issue. Couple times chicken tasted dry and smelly. We said nothing. Once took family bucket home and chicken was missing. Bought rice box once food was horrible and made my nephew sick all day, tasted funny rice we throw away. Today went in for rice box they said dont av any today at lunch time I said everytime I ask for rice box u avnt got any was told today we avnt which is not correct. Asked for snak boxes girl says ok rings in till on menu says as always £1.99 she rings in £2.99 which I noticed 2x 2.99 and something else which I ordered so I question the price on menu monitor says 1.99 girl says dont bother with that main menu on wall it's old price been there since opened. This is a trading standard issue maybe to report. Showing once price ringing in till different price. Not even telling customer I'm being charged more until I notice myself. Most times they dont av this or that in this branch,area manager for this branch needs to review this cause customers rather not go this branch bad service.its poorly run management for kfc. I rather go else where...

So seeing the relaxed enviroment i guess the manager of this store aims for his employees to have a very relaxed, carefree shift!So after entering the shop i went at the tills to get my order....And i waited and waited...and noone came so i decided it would be faster for me to order through the touch screens.Again no paper inside the printer but who cares...We are stress free in this shop!Then i realized that these people have lost the meaning of fast food as i was waiting more than 20mins to get my order when there was only 3 orders(including mine) to be completed. Which doesn't make any sense looking on all that stuff in the kitchen.While i was waiting then the 2 orders before me i noticed they were both missing parts of the order and when my turn came guess what....My order had also things missing! So if you want to get a complete order fast AVOID this shop!By the way food had the usual good...
