Gone down hill very quickly. Visited this Starbucks 5 times now and each and every time the service and the cleanliness gets worse. Yesterday would be our last as 3 people in the queue, we ordered via a girl who took our order and walked away to serve the drive through. Drinks took 5 mins and I said to the lad we ordered cakes too. He replied " You will get them in a minute" so I stood with my drinks going cold because he couldn't be bothered to walk 6 steps to put our cakes on a plate. When he finally did. I had to ask for spoons and he as good as threw them at me. All the while taking orders via the drive through. Awful. The condiments station had a tray on it made out of recycled starbucks cups that was full of used teabags, wrappers and rubbish. It was disgusting in truth. Not a smile or a pleasantry from any of them and the drinks were all wrong but one, staff were borderline hostile in response with their attitudes. Daughter was gutted as it was a summer holiday treat.
Came here a few times last year and the staff were great so not sure whats gone wrong there but the manager needs to sort it out as the tables were almost all filthy, even outside when we walked in was covered in used cups, same inside. The counter and sugar stand were covered in spilled drinks too even though it was quiet and not busy at all when we arrived.

I ordered two Americano and when I went to collect my order, I was told they didn't have any trays available. This meant I had to carefully balance two large, full cups of coffee all the way back to my table. As if that wasn't inconvenient enough, one of the ceramic cups was chipped and looked damaged.
