Absolutley fantastic!! Service was excellent. Atmosphere and environment of a high standard. Greeting by the staff warm, service was attentive throughout the meal. Food: Starter: We had sharing platter for starter. With Prosecco. Starter comprised of grilled chicken, Turkish sausage, Haloumi with pesto, Filo cheese sticks with balsamic glaze seasoned salad.Perfect taster platter and well presented. Mains: Sirloin steak, medium. Cooked to perfection and seasoning on point. Came with creamy new potatoes. Sea bass with seasonal vegetables. Again seasoned and cooked to perfection. Dessert: Baklava was fresh and delicious, better than home made. Biscoff cheescake, Strawberry cheescake very indulgent desserts both as equally delicious. Would recommend either. Drinks: Very good selection of wines to pair with your meals. Beers Efe's, cider avaliable lots to choose from Good selection of spirits and soft drinks. Very impressed overall, i would 100% be returning to this restaurant. If you are hankering for an excellent quality steak cooked to perfection. Please see the photos of the steaks avaliable to order. The table service was excellent, attentative. Steak cut by the waiter at the table and first piece fed..to my husband đ. Price: We felt this was very reasonable for the experience and quality. I would say you recieve excellent quality food for the price. A steak of this quality is so hard to find, it is a testament to the owners, chef of how this is sourced, cooked and presented to patrons. The area of the restaurant is central, the quirky shape of the restaurant gives you 180 degrees view of the high street and neighbouring establishment. Dwcor is of a high bougie standard. A local car park within walking distance. Maturo is a must try ......you won't be dissapointed !!! Thank you to all the staff this evening. Happy Birthday to Fati whos always a please to speak with.

I really wanted to try this place based on hearing about how good it was in hopes to try find a new nice restaurant not too far from me. However it just wasnât all that for us with both the food and the atmosphere. We went at 6:30 and couldnât hear ourselves think let alone talk to each other without shouting, even the waiters had to lean in and keep asking us to repeat ourselves it was that loud. Our starters were smothered in what tasted like microwaved cheese slices and just wasnât very tasty to start off with, I got the garlic mushroom chicken which I must say came out and looked like dog food on a plate with some parmesan and truffle fries, no seasoning on them whatsoever very bland. My boyfriend got the steak which was cooked to how heâd asked but again no seasoning on the steak or the chips with a gravy sauce that just tasted like bisto gravy and the steak being 70% fat and considering what you pay for it I would of expected a lot more. The cocktails for me were far too strong to the point the alcohol was more overpowering than the flavour of the cocktail which some people wonât mind that but wasnât for me. The only thing we enjoyed in which we shared was the biscoff cheesecake that was absolutely unreal. Iâd like to say I would go back to try out different dishes to see if my mind changes but I donât think itâs worth it.

An absolute hidden gem. Finally made it to Maturo last week with friends, and from the moment we stepped through the door we were impressed. Having been shown to our table, we were looked after by the brilliant Chris who took all our orders. The food is some of the best out there, the meat and fish platter as shown in the pic below was fantastic - the perfect amount of food for 4. Highly recommend the Lokum for the main. The cut didnât have an inch of fat on it and came with delicious cream potatoes. The manager, Fatih, was in on the day we visited and checked in on us at our table, he suggested the truffle and parmesan fries which were bang on. While all this was happening, we asked bartender Courtney if she could craft us a Long Beach Iced tea, which she did to perfection. None of us could point a single fault with Maturo. The staff in the kitchen and on the floor, the cleanliness, the decor, and of course the food. The attention to detail is everywhere and it doesnât go unnoticed. No doubt weâll be back soon, maybe for the bottomless brunch next time!

We just sat down before the early bird menu was off for the night, luckily! Both my partner and I ordered the chicken fillets starters, sirloin steak mains, and chocolate cake desserts. Chicken was succulent, steaks done to perfection (medium and well done), and the chocolate cake was incredible. As well as the food be excellent, the service and friendliness off the staff was immediately noticeable. Despite being busy, we felt looked after! We were able to personally speak to the owner as well who clearly takes great pride in his restaurant and cares deeply for its reputation. All the staff seemed genuinely happy and bouncy too! Fantastic atmosphere, clientele all dressed accordingly in smart casual, just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Well priced for the early bird menu, three courses for ÂŁ20. Highly recommend, weâll certainly be going back regularly from here on out! Thanks for having us, much love - Dan and Claire

I have been here about 3-4 times since opening and this place never disappoints. From the moment you walk in all of the staff are so attentive, warm, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious with generous portion sizes. This restaurant is exactly what Prescot needed, and they have smashed it out the bag! If you havenât already, definitely pay them a visit! Recommendations (favourites); Starter - chicken fillets/cheesy meatballs/turkish sausage Main - sirloin or fillet steak - both been amazing! Dessert - honeycomb cheesecake/chocolate cake Massive well done to the team, and a special mention to Suzanne who covers the front of house, she always goes that extra mile to get you a table. See you soon guys!

My first time visiting here, the food was lovely and reasonably priced (we went in the afternoon). The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. The service was great. The food came quickly and was cooked and presented to an excellent standard. The only thing I can't remember is if there was any music playing either in the background or not. I didn't use the restroom facilities while I was there, but based on the rest of the decor, I can only assume it was of the same high standard and cleanliness. I will definitely be visiting again and will try something different on the menu. I had the sirloin (medium) with garlic butter and chips. Amazing đ
