Blue Tiger Bramley — Restaurant in Leeds

We ordered our meal for 4 people,at 18.49 and it did not arrive until 21-03 this is unacceptable and to be lied to twice re this, it will be there in 10 mins and 15minutes later.ringing to ask where it was again to be told 5 minutes and it still took a further 14 minutes before the knock at the door (obviously the food by this time was Luke warm) and then to find part of the order is missing after the driver had left, this borders on clown like behaviour. And then to be told that no refund will be given until we place our next order. That is a form of theft shame on you ! I have eaten in 65 countries around the world and never have I had such poor service and to not even be apologetic or offer some recompense. How can I even think of eating from this shower of useless individuals again. So no chance of getting the money back from them in their system.Be careful ordering from these they will rip you off. The only thing they did correctly was to admit they had messed up but no way were they going to rectify Yours From...

Nice little restaurant, lovely food, was our first visit I had a curry, rice, chips chapatti, my friend opted for the tapas 4 mini dishes rice and a nan bread, the order came and hers was wrong, it was soon rectified after several apologies, she wasn’t fazed just glad it was sorted promptly, she couldn’t eat all the food she purchased so asked if she could take it home, to be told no we were both shocked as this is common practice when having a meal out if you cannot eat it all, the excuse was that it was tapas ????? We still didn’t understand, if this was a buffet meal then we would understand, her meal was a set price of £11.95 for a set amount of food we were not happy as the food was either going to be used again, or thrown in the bin either option is not...

If you want a genuine authentic Indian meal 5 star restaurant style then look no further than Spicy Delight. We have literally tried so many takeaways over the past few years which have been from lousy to mediocre. UNTIL SPICEY DELIGHT!!!! Mr Shah is an incredible 5 star chef running a wonderful family business with incredible food. We have now found THE CURRY HOUSE we have been searching for for years. Try the Kahari Mutton dish ..it is incredible! We cannot believe that such a restaurant exists in the middle of Bramley.
