What a joke, I ordered a donner calazone pizza, 35 minutes later the driver knocks on the door saying the oven broke whilst cooking our calazone so all they can bring me is a margarita, 🤔 I send it away and put some food in the oven for them to call back and say they can finish cooking our calazone if we still want it, I asked how they managed to cook a margarita if the oven broke during cooking our order and he said he can't understand what happened with the oven so do I want my order or not... I said if u give me a discount to compensate for messing us about and the reply I got was 'U NEVER GET DISCOUNT.. NO NO...... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVCE, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THE OVEN COULDN'T COOK MY ORIGINAL ORDER BUT COULD COOK A MARGARITA PIZZA 🤥🤥🤥🤥 U JUST COULD NOT BE ARSED, THIS IS HOW Y TREAT YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND ALOT OF HARD EARNED MONEY OFTEN AND U TAKE THE MONEY BUT CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE U ADVERTISE TO US. Hi there, I just recently came in and ordered 4 meals. I have to say I was quite disappointed this time around. Compared to a previous visit where the food and service were great, this time the portions were noticeably smaller, the food wasn’t very hot, and it all felt a bit rushed. It just didn’t meet the standard I was expecting based on our earlier experience.

I’m now unsure whether to return, which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed it last time. Just wanted to share this in case it helps improve consistency going forward.

Absolutely disgusting experience with this takeaway. Spent almost £30 for two of us and the food came almost child sized. Paid £5 for a portion of kebab and it came in a small chip container and was under cooked. Had overcooked steak and chicken tikka- could barely bite into it. Rung up to complain and they sent us some free food but it was as horrendous as the food before. Delivery driver was also abhorrent and deliberately rude, making snide comments about something in the garden. Would not even give this takeaway 1 star. Never ordering...
