KFC — Restaurant in Leeds

The colonel must be turning in his grave! We came here the other day, the food was not upto standard. I got the tower burger box, the fries were cold, the chicken wings were tiny - pretty much bone and coating. The hash brown on the tower burger was overdone and was the same colour as fried chicken and everything about the burger was dry and overcooked. The corncob was the only decent part for me. My partner got a twister wrap which was wrapped terribly - it looked like it had been made by a toddler - and according to him was inedible. He made it a meal and then got a piece of classic fried chicken which was the most pathetic piece of chicken we've ever seen. He took it back to the counter and the manager replaced it with an actual piece of chicken which was at least one good thing. Price wise its expensive for what you get compared to other chicken shops, I would never usually eat kfc but thought I would give it a go as there weren't many options locally and I can safely say I will not...

KFC Hunslet. Saturday evening 5:30 07/01/2023 . Tried to make order online but after taking payment the order number did not come through. Asked at the counter, and an extremely irate manager would not listen to my problem and constantly talked over me. She did not offer any solution to my problem but was rude and stand offish. After shouting that she couldn't help she turned and walked away, refusing to discuss the matter. One of the servers made the effort to check the order items and checked if the payment had come through on their end. The manager had completely refused to do either of these things and was ignorant with me as well. I think my problem was dealt with disgracefully. Can be hit and miss, but better than it has been. Orders tend to be correct now, as in the past we've had missing items.

There tends to be a wait, as food is generally prepared when ordered. Although sometimes inconvenient, it's good to know that it's freshly cooked.

The music today was very loud, and people were struggling to hear their orders been called.

On a positive, the young guy on the counter is great. ( He's been there a while now, but I don't know his name) He seems to really want to deliver the best service he can. Always making sure that the orders are fulfilled quickly. It's nice to see someone like this, and needs looking after. As I'm sure he could go onto...
