UTTERLY ROBBED AND USELESS WON’T EVER GO TO A KFC AGAIN (ZERO STARS)

I ordered nearly £40 worth of food for delivery through the app on Sunday and never received it!! Me and my Partner were waiting 2 hours with no updates and after ringing the store 4 times with no answer I tried ringing the delivery line. The lady on phone told me that everything was fine and it still was on its way (which it clearly wasn’t) and after ringing up AGAIN half an hour later she insisted the same. I got an update to say the driver was on the way at the two hour mark and he text me saying “he had arrived”. The app telling me he was on a bike I was confused to see he was actually in a car. I walked over to the car and he rang me from inside asking for my order PIN, i gave him it expecting him to get out and give me my food but he turned on the car engine and sped off down my road. After ringing him to try and track him down he decided to tell me he never had it in the first place?! (Calling complete bullshit there tbh but even then it means my orders still been eaten by some other spotty teenage boy crushing vapes and eating my hot wings in some car park before he’s off to rip off the next paying customer). Fuming and beyond shocked at the fact someone had driven off with food I’d waited two hours for I walked inside to ring up customer services.

I was greeted by the same person on the phone who was fully aware of my situation over the last two hours so anyone with common sense would be able to tell I’m not scamming them, she then put me on hold only to come back and tell me because I gave the driver the PIN i’m not entitled to a refund or at least a replacement order which I’m unbelievably angry about. You have failed on 3 instances to provide good customer service (which as a former fast food employee myself) am shocked by (you’ve handed my order out to the wrong person allegedly?, I’ve waited two hours for my food anyway which is refundable in itself and now you’re saying I can’t have my money back for food I never got to see never mind eat)

This KFC used to be the best but today I was very dissapointed. The food wasn't actually too bad but the restaurant was disgusting! The bins were over flowing and there wasn't a single table that we could go and sit down at that was clean I had to move the things left on one table and get baby wipes out to wipe it. Every time someone opened the door to the toilets the smell of urine came out and put me and my family off of eating! I went in use the toilets and it did say on the wall that the toilets are cleaned regularly and if there's a problem to let them know. Well clearly the toilets looked like they're not cleaned at all the sinks and toilet pots are disgusting, they're stained brown! They don't get stained to that extent if they're cleaned daily! I think KFC need to employ some new cleaners that use cleaning products. Secondly the toilet seats are loose in both cubicals. Thirdly there was urine and toilet roll all over the floor! The prices have gone up but the quality control has gone down. There's clearly not enough staff on or they're slack and lazy! We won't be going...

So I asked for 3 of the original meal deals (9 pieces of chicken! 3 x 3 =9!) All with gravy as a side. I got 6 pieces of chicken and 6 gravy! Went back to ask for the 3 chicken I’d paid for but NOT received and it took them 20 minutes as I’m sitting in the car at the drive thru waiting for someone to sort this! I actually had the 3 gravy in the car that they had given extra! I was then told there was no way they had given me 6 gravy. ( I have photo evidence!!) As I’m sat in the car, waiting, waiting, waiting, there are several members of staff not speaking English and looking at me and sniggering! Finally, after 20 minutes they give me a bag with some chicken, chips and dips. ‘Sorry’ says the guy who gives me the bag. Drove home and put it straight in the bin! As if I’m going to eat that!! £23 for a load of basically, bin fodder! Wouldn’t buy from here if my life...
