Ordered from here a second time, and it definitely won’t be the last!

Before I get onto the food, I just have to mention how lovely the delivery driver was—so friendly and polite, which really adds to the whole experience. Great service goes a long way, and they’ve nailed it.

Now, the food—where do I even begin?

Chicken Korma – If you love a rich, coconutty korma, this one is perfection. You can really tell it’s freshly made with actual desiccated coconut, giving it a beautifully authentic texture and flavour. It’s got that perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess without being too heavy—just absolutely delicious.

South Indian Garlic – Wow. Just wow. This dish packs an incredible depth of flavour, with the warmth of garlic and a beautiful balance of spice that leaves you wanting more with every bite. It’s got that perfect kick without being overpowering.

Nirali Special Chicken – This was absolutely stunning. So indulgently creamy with a luxurious texture, and the spices blend together in the most beautiful way. A proper treat for the taste buds!

Machli Masala – Such a standout dish! This is so much more than your usual fish pakora—it’s in a league of its own. The fish is perfectly cooked, flaking apart effortlessly, while the masala batter is rich, fragrant, and packed with authentic spices. Absolutely fabulous!

One of the biggest things that sets this place apart from other Indian takeaways is their chicken—it’s delicately tender, cooked to perfection every time. No dry, rubbery pieces here—just juicy, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.

Honestly, we’ve yet to be disappointed. Every dish is packed with flavour, cooked with care, and delivered with a smile. Can’t wait to order again!

After reading all the good reviews we decided to try Mumbai of Rodley and I'm SO glad we did!

We got a selection of traditional starters made for 2 people to share - including dishes like chicken tikka, sheek kebab, onion bhaji, chicken pakora and vegetable samosa. Absolutely beautiful and flavoursome

For mains we got the Garlic Chilli chicken, chicken karahi, a portion of pilau rice and garlic naan. It was packed with flavour, each portion included plenty of fresh chillis and tender meat. There was plenty of salad and mint sauce to have on the side too.

While it is perhaps a lot to spend on a takeaway, it is in my opinion very worthy of the price ❤️

I ordered a chicken puri as as starter, it was nothing like a puri! It was a soggy, greasy mess. The chicken part was tasty and plentiful but the whole thing was spoilt by the greasy, doughy, pancake like thing that was being passed off as a puri. I had a lamb dish with mushroom rice after which was very tasty but again very greasy. Whether it was the grease or some other issue I spent the majority of last night in the bathroom... I very rarely order takeaway food but when I do I prefer to use places with good reputations for quality food even if that comes at a premium. Maybe I was just unlucky? Either way, I'll be sticking to home cooked food...
