Subway — Restaurant in Leeds

This subway is awful. Whoever owns this franchise must be losing money, because everytime I've been in there's been no ingredients, the latest time, which will be my last try at this venue, they were OUT OF BREAD?! Really?! A subway, with no bread. Also, seem to only employ school kids, who they can pay next to nothing. Owner must be very tight. Don't bother making a journey here. Don't support this franchise owner.

ETA - after business response : Out of 17 reviews, there are 7, 1 star reviews. So whatever you're trying to imply is dishonest, once again proving the kind of business this is. Your response to bad feedback each time is copy and paste, about how this doesn't meet your usual standards. If people are continuously telling you things are wrong - which I can see in your reviews they have done, especially recently, maybe listening to the actual customers, instead of acting like there are no issues here, would improve...

The girl who served me was lovely, she served us but was struggling a bit about where to find things on the till. While she was struggling there were 3 other members of staff stood in the back watching the poor girl serve and struggle with the customers. We weren't the only people in the queue and none of them came to help her. We ended up having to help her with the till ourselves because the useless people in the back were doing nothing but could see she was struggling. Manager was no where to be seen unless they were one of the incompetent people in the back.

Adding on to your comment.. the card machine had nothing to do with it given our payment went through straight away and we didn’t have an issue with the payment! I’d love to know how you knew where to look on the cctv as no time or date was given. Clearly not just the staff in the shop are incompetent as no one came to...

Absolutely vile,rude and untrained staff. Staff mocks young customers. My teenage daughter stutters and this extremely disgusting young boy who took her order acted as if she was a stupid person and then went at the side of the half opened kitchen and made fun of her with the rest of the staff present which she could hear all the time. He then sent someone else to prepare her order as he was too busy at laughing at my daughter. I later went to pick her up and she couldn’t stop crying outside subway as she felt humiliated by the staff. I went in and asked for the manager, another young boy named Leo appeared to be the manager and was as bad as the guy who mocked. Disgrace to be called as human beings even my dog knows how to treat people better then this...
