Today Thursday Feb 6th I visited Morley Weatherspoons for breakfast. Despite not having been for approximately 3 weeks it's generally easy without prejudice of which table is where of specific table numbers However of my own recall as a customer today I told the till staff the table then furthermore of it's number changed to a different available one I then found this table the wrong way around that when the Serving staff then brought me somebody else's good order very obviously for 2 people clearly not myself my table number was not identified clearly to a lack of overall staff knowledge of processes for them this is simply overlooked then another staff attending my table asking if I'd finished of no reason at all clearly unnecessary they should put their time into structured training resource to achieve improved customer service appearing to be a set ideas model also of frequent different staff and managers means high staff turnover and staff retention, not necessarily fit for purpose and standards at the Wakefield town centre Weatherspoons of staff shortage and dishonesty advertising and falsifying of the media claims of Covid pandemic furlough to all they're employees agreement that was not the case as a proportion of whom spoke out probable against their contractual human rights choosing to do so of whistle lowing that happens in...

On a more concerning note, the staff at this Wetherspoons location lack basic welcoming and interaction skills. Their demeanor is notably unwelcoming, with zero smiles and instances of pointed, disrespectful treatment. It feels as though customers are treated as if they are beneath the staff, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Adding to the frustration is the frequent absence of stirring sticks for coffees and toothpicks. These are basic amenities that should be readily available, and their consistent absence reflects poorly on the establishment’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. Enhancing staff training for better customer service and addressing the ongoing issues with the coffee machine and amenities would significantly enhance the overall customer experience at...

I ordered a drink .. the staff member who served me didn't look too enthusiastic to serve me..I found a table to sit at, clutter free, although there were quite a few tables with plates;cutlery etc that needed clearing. I opted to go for the roast dinner option .. as I am vegi it was slightly cheaper than buying the meat roast. The food itself didn't look that appertizing but I had paid for it, so still went for it. The food itself was bland .. the vegetables didn't really taste of anything, and the so called roast potatos tasted nothing like roasts! I hardly touches my meal. I noticed another couple complaining about the standard of food, or lack of it to be precise, to a member of staff clearing the table. I left the plate nearly full, and went to Yates's for a meal .. which was nice I have to say.
