2 cooked breakfasts: Meat was nice and of good quality, toast was above average. The rest of it wasn’t good. Eggs swimming in oil, cheap and nasty beans but the hash browns were beyond disgusting!!!! Grey and soggy. Completely inedible. I ate half of the breakfast and left the hash browns, beans and tomatoes as I genuinely thought it would make me Ill!! Partners breakfast was exactly the same in quality. Raised the matter with the waitress who had no idea how to respond, after a moments silence she said that she would raise it will the owner. Nothing was done, no acknowledgement that the food was bad. We left. My first and last time here. Vastly overpriced for such low quality ingredients (apart from the meat). After ordering 8 individual afternoon tea boxes for my sister in laws hen do it did not disappoint. Everyone was so happy with them! Everything was freshly made on the day and tasted beautiful. The cake and sandwich selection was amazing and the owners went above and beyond for people that had intolerances. Two of the girls were gluten free and said the cakes were the best they had had - especially the brownies! I would highly recommend this place, it was beautifully presented and staff were amazing! We visited yesterday morning at 9.30 am, the cafe has free parking directly outside. The cafe is quite small with seating for about 20 comfortably. I had the Full Monty breakfast which was delicious, and arrived fairly quickly. My bacon was really nice and my tinned tomatoes were thoroughly enjoyed also, I cleared my plate. I believe my breakfast totalled £11.50 which came with tea or coffee, baked beans mushrooms, 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, tomatoes, bacon and 2 pieces of toast.
