Caldo Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

Was not told that the delivery charge was £2 and not £1 as the Just Eat menu described. Ordered a 16 inch pizza which once measured was 14 inch. The pizza was burned. When asking why the order cost an extra pound the delivery man was extremely rude. When ringing to tell them about my issues the telephone operator apologised and offered a discount on my next order, extremely unprofessional company.

I requested olives on one half of the pizza only and they had the audacity to put an olive on a slice of the other half of the pizza.

They claimed it would take 30 minutes to arrive - it took 50 minutes.

Terrible service, will never use again even if I will get a discount because of the sub standard pizza quality. I would recommend any other take away in the area besides this. A small amount of research lead me to believe that they consistently sell 14" pizzas under the title of 16".

My seven year old cousin is capable of cooking a pizza without it burning, I have no idea how a business with 'Pizza' in the title is capable of burning what they claim to be their forte.

Where to begin, don’t like doing reviews like this as it’s people’s business but ordered a thin base pizza and it was easily 30mm super thick and it has zero flavour to it, ordered dinner meat and chips also and the meat was so bland and even with garlic sauce on top it was so watered down cheap tasting that it still couldn’t save the meat. I Was the only person in there when I ordered in person and it still took 25mins to receive which is longer than a packed takeaway in town at the end of the night. Also saw one of the staff lick his finger and was rubbing something down on the cooker then minutes later using that same hand to put the cheese on some chips 🙈 considering Birchwood kebab has closed down next door they...

Ordered from here for at least 15 years. I'd say Caldos has reached its prime through the years and isin a good position.

Large variety of meal deals and pizzas, pizzas are well structured and don't flop or fall like most places.

Chips are American fries styled and don't taste plastic, cheese is mozzerella.

They have a large range of sauces to pick from.

Staff are friendly and approachable both in store and delivery drivers.

Staff even give recomendations for meals.
