Cooplands — Restaurant in Lincoln

Cakes and pastries are always nice and taste great, unfortunately the shopping experience is consistently ruined by one member of staff. This member of staff (I think she is the manager) is always rude to myself and my son, when I ask for 5 sausage rolls or yum yums she always insist I get the pre-packed ones, when I ask for loose ones she insists they 'are the same' they are not the same! They taste different! They are an inferior product! (Witnessed other customers being given a choice, but I'm not given this curtesy and when asked get dismissed with an attitude). When my son is choosing what he would like, she tries to rush him (I am more than happy for her to serve other customers while he chooses) and when he does choose talks to him like something she has scraped off the bottom of her shoe!! Would boycott the store but don't really like the cakes from the nearby competitor (Curtis'). The other staff are friendly but the experience is ruined by one...
