Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lincoln

Yesterday night we decided to see what Taco Bell UK was like. Possibly a big mistake , but I wanted to try and see how they compared with the real Taco Bell in the US.

I decided to buy a good selection (£30) from the Lincoln High Street branch. When we got it home (5 mins travel time) we were both very unhappy with what we`d be served.

1. Food was not even luke warm making the fries in-edible
2. The sauces were in pots that small that were no use at all and not worth the £1 - £1.50 in value.
3. The softshell taco`s had more lettuce and very little filling as you can see by the pictures
4. The Burritos were small and looked like they`d been run over by a bus. Nothing like the filled ones showing in the adverts / Menu. As you can see they were mostly wrap with minimal fillings in.

I would advise people not top bother with Taco Bell as its expensive , served cold , and you do not get what you pay for. There wraps make up most the meal.

Most of the meal ended up in the bin as it was just wraps.

Wasted £30 never again ........well done Taco Bell UK you`ve made a product worse than in the US version (yes I lived there)

If you want Tex- Mex try other outlets where you get better...

I like Taco Bell! Just this time I'm probably not lucky because i customise my food but still get it wrong . Pay for extra but receive standard. Missing all adds. Drink cup but no straw. Small fries. ( And i found out this only after driving away. ) Maybe the young team was busy ( only 3 customers there lol) .It's the second time I'm coming and it's the second time again something happened wrong. Most of the time I'm going to Taco Bell on the high street, there are big differences in customer service. I'm gonna give it another chance and come back next week, i know that they are worth 5 stars! Just need read orders,no mobile phones ( if checking the phone please immediately wash your hands,because i saw your phone on a table ,for me its mean that your phone can be in any place and later contact food ) if the customer is at the till it is priority instead of a story about Kelsie's friend's new boyfriend lol. Sorry,you're talking too loud. Today there is a working young team,not all of them careless. But there are so many little things needed to improve. Thank you all....

Was picking up 2 deliveries for Just Eat at lunchtime. Restaurant was empty and there were no drive through customers. Was waiting at delivery window and could only see one staff at the end of the kitchen drinking soda and talking. Knocked a few times on the window to get her attention but to no avail. Went inside the restaurant and had to literally call her attention, then was told that deliveries should wait at the window and not inside the restaurant. I told her that I did just that and was knocking but nobody answered. She then said that she saw me knocking…but why did she just ignore me and just kept on sipping her drink and talking? When I showed her my 2 delivery orders, she then said that she is only allowed to give me one order. I argued with her that Just Eat “gave” me the 2 orders. She still had ask her manager and eventually gave me the 2 orders. Talk about “customer service” Taco Bell. Has it flown through the delivery...
