Golden Wok — Restaurant in Liverpool

I'm quite a new customer and have used the delivery option and gone through just eat. I'm very suprised to see the negative comments and low star rating. Tonight will be my 4th time i have my food delivered. My food is ALWAYS hot the portions are enough for two. The meals and starters and the desserts I've had have ALL been well cooked and seasoned , not tons of salt so the flavour of the dishes shine through. Their duck is really large and perfectly cooked. I love the sui mai the prawn sesame toast is way too much for 1! The ribs are really meaty and the bbq sauce is gorgeous. I dint know maybe I've been lucky in havING had no issues at all with either staff or food. I rate it top 3 on my list and trust me I'm a fussy eater. The owners of this takeaway are absolute discusting people. These are the comments left by customers with replies from this takeaway being so rude and hostile! The food is horrible and inedible from here and instead of listening to customers they argue with them with their cheap remarks. Do not order from here, I'd rather flush my money down the 🚽!! Also I have found out there running a pizza shop at the same location under a different name. I want to give it a zero rating but it wasn’t an option. Ordered sweet and sour chicken dish that came with no sauce (that’s not sweet and sour chicken), called the restaurant and they said they said it was all correct and were very rude. Wouldn’t even offer to redeliver. JUSTEAT ended up taking ownership as the restaurant staff were so unhelpful. The delivery was 27 minutes late, and the chips were cold because of this. WONT USE THESE AGAIN!! Worst service...
