Happy Villa — Restaurant in Liverpool

I ordered a mixed grill with no liver and a sausage dinner no peas. Food arrived sausage dinner had peas on it so I couldn't eat it as don't eat peas. Couldn't scrape them off as they go into food. Mixed grill was disgusting gravy was thin and had leaked everywhere . Bacon was uncooked and still pink. Steak was hard and onions mushy. I rang to see if they could do anything. The assistant said manager was cooking and she would speak to her and ring back. Well that didn't happen so I rang back asking what was happening with meals. I expressed I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. The assistant said she would ring me back again and again that didn't happen. I rang back and they refused to give a refund.Stay away from this place food rubbish and management not helpful OK taking your money though so wasted 13.00...

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.... Food delivered wasn't what we ordered,called to rectify the issue which was fine but we were then told by the female on the phone who was very rude and argumentative that we had to pay for the items that were being replaced and that we had to hand back the ones they had messed up in the first place which were untouched. The food originally ordered arrived and we looked forward to tucking into a nice family treat,the chicken was extremely dry and stringy in both the sweet and sour and curry,the chips were so bad it was like trying to eat raw pasta.so we are £35 out of pocket and had to make do with butties instead as the food was inedible apart from the spare ribs and fried rice. I would strongly recommend ordering from elsewhere to avoid being majorly...

Charged 30.30 for 4 sausages burnt cold greasy chips 10 burnt wontons cold chicken curry and rice and cold chicken nuggets with burnt chips if it was closer i would personally return it and get them to eat it delivery time was an hour and 15 minutes . Would of been better throwing the cash in the bin rather than waste it here . Going to cost more money to go to a local chippy to replace the stuff ive binned . Avoid like the plague and it worries me they have no hugiene...
