Visited Kim’s twice whilst seeing family up in Liverpool. The quality of food is absolutely unreal. Each portion of chips was fresh made to order, and the portion size is mammoth. Coming from the midlands I was amazed to see the salt & pepper section on the Chinese menu, and had even Kim’s personal recommendations. Tried the salt & pepper spring rolls, they have changed my life. Despite the food being so good, Kim the owner, an absolute treasure of a lady. So friendly, and really invested in her shop with the community. Honestly, If I could rate 10 stars, I really would. Wish this was on my door step at home. Even took food home with me back to the midlands, and it was still edible without warming up in just under a 2 hour drive, that’s how fresh the food was!...
