KFC Garston - Speke Road — Restaurant in Liverpool

Ordered 10 pieces boneless family feast with sides and a drink on there order screen paid by card got the receipt after standing there for a bit a look at the receipt for my order number, it said go the counter and pay £5 after paying in full with my card, I ask the girl behind the counter what it was about she said have picked the wrong receipt up, it was the only one the came out off the machine, got my order went to get my car but decided to check my order because sometimes have got home and found there something missing from the order, on checking the order the gravy was missing went back in ask the girl that served me to check my order because there something missing, she just look at me if I had taken the gravy, she just got a gravy put it in no apology, spoke to the manager he just said she new and shouldn't happen at no point did he apologize only when I said at no point have you even apologized I walk out shaking mind head, why does this keep happening that you have to check your own order when they have screens telling them what the order is, and they we're...

I popped in to KFC Garston yesterday - my first KFC for a few months. I was having trouble finding my order on the self-service so Ian offered to put my order through the till. It turns out that what I wanted isn't actually on the menu but Ian did his thing and made it happen. I ordered the KFC Stacker with a hash brown - but as a box meal. KFCs Zinger Tower burger used to be my favourite but they don't do that anymore, plus for quite a few years, the sandwiches are getting smaller (as is everything). However, the KFC Stacker is a superb alternative.

It would be helpful to be able to change the supercharger (spicy mayo) to plain mayo, add the hash brown and create a box meal.

My only little observation was the fries were luke warm, as were the winglets. But, since Ian really helped out, I didn't want to make a fuss. So, I'm only adding this bit so the staff can consider making a little less when it's not as busy otherwise the food sits around, losing...

The outside is clean and modern. The car park was big for lots of cars with disabled spaces.

Drive-through was wide. The 1st window was closed. Drove to the next window on paper printed out. The girl who served me was really nice. This was around 2 pm Monday 22nd July 2024. She was friendly and had a clean appearance, I'd guess they've had a new set of uniform from KFC with the new fresh look.

FOOD was just OK. I ordered a boneless banquet for 1. 3 pc chicken, small popcorn, and gravy,chips was a lot smaller than usual. I also ordered a bbq snack wrap and a boneless snack box. I got popcorn snack box instead. Which was a little disappointing. They're getting smaller with portions now.

I would say that KFC is no longer a cheap takeaway option. It's very expensive for what it is. I appreciate that everything has gone up I price. With so much competition now it's not a...
