KFC — Restaurant in Liverpool

Absolutely disgusted with the service or should I say lack of service we received today. We approached counter and the member of staff asked for our order we could not remember the name of the meal apart from it being a Zinger meal but it had a Hot sauce the Girl said they all have sauce explained again that it was The Zinger burger with Hot Sauce and it had cheese on. My husband said that it may have been taken off menu and then ordered the plain Zinger Box meal. I ordered a 3 piece meal and requested if I could have A drum stick with the zinger burger instead of the wings. We also enquired about the New Bacon Burgers as it was advitised and she said there's all different types of them so I asked for more information as there is nothing on Menu boards and I was told don't know just know there different types of them with sauces was not helpful to us at all. After we paid we then seen the Meal that my Husband had asked about and quickly asked that the meal be changed and I would pay the extra cost 20p. I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not change my order I explained to her that when we approach the counter we enquired about the Zinger Burger with the Hot sauce she said I didn't I asked to speak to the Manager who at the time was already dealing with 2 different complaints at the counter when it was my turn I tried to explain to the Manager and the member of staff was then abusive to me saying that I had only enquired about the New Bacon Burgers. That is totally untrue we enquired about them AFTER I had paid for our meals. The Manager asked young male staff member to change the Zinger Burger to a Zinger stacked meal at no extra cost 20p. Then to top it off when I got home with our meals I was more than angry to find that my 3 piece meal had 3 Drumsticks in bag with Fries. And NO DRUMSTICK. I am totally annoyed and very disappointed with the service we...

Work force must be brain dead, as we placed a order and knowing the way the place always gets the order wrong we kept on saying no cheese on the burgers and some other orders we changed, we sat in carpark after asking 3 lots of staff no cheese and was guaranteed no cheese and the other orders we wanted changing was done, we found no notice had been taken as when we had to open all the orders in the cold to see if it was correct and found it was all wrong again, . We went back they changed the relevant goods we took for granted was what we asked for and we got back home to find they where also wrong food went in the bin was also cold by now, phoned up and complained they have told us to call back for free order after taking my details down, this is constant not one order is correct every time we go, some one waiting in a car in drive through said to us when we went to the kiosk you are about the 3rd lot of people to return food in 10 minutes. How they are still open is beyond me just presuming no one must complain and just except the mistakes.. Deffo dead heads must be no management...

In all honesty, I dont know how this stays open. Its possibly the worst kfc in the uk. They never get an order right, I have lived in the area for 15 years and its never changed. They handle your food off dirty counters and literally throw the chicken in the bucket. The gravy is one big lump 🤮. It cost us £60 for a family of 5 (adults and teenagers) and none of it was edible. Its greasy, burnt and barely there. The staff are the most rude and disrespectful people I've ever met. The manager is to blame and should be ashamed of what they serve and how they handle complaints (by letting servers with an attitude deal with things)

They refuse to refund you. You cant call as they slam the phone down or dont answer. They left people waiting 50 minutes in a filty seating area while they got the delivery drivers orders out the door. when you get a delivery they claim to prioritize, the orders are NEVER correct and there is nothing you can do about it. At this point its embarrassing and I have no idea why anyone would give their hard earned...
