Shockin service this afternoon. Waited in drive thru for 20min before even placing the order, 15min to get to the window to pay for it, when I finally got to the window to pick up my order, I've been told to park up, as it's not ready, then another 15min wait in the car with hungry, crying children for their promised happy meals, nobody came over, so got out of my car and went to the window again to ask how long it's gonna be as I have to go to work, girls response was "I don't know". Got back to the car, waited another 10min and drove off with no food. While I was waiting for my food, every person behind us was served straight away, nobody had to park up. I was shocked. Came back 2 hours later, drive thru again, placed exactly same order, no wait then, when I got to the pay window I asked for the manager before I've paid for it and explained situation before. He couldn't be more helpful, I got our order straight away. I can understand it gets busy at times, but this was far from good customer service. If it's overwhelming for the staff, I'd suggest closing the line to clear the queue and start over again. I know everyone work hard and to their best, but people drive their cars ordering food for the reason and it's not always because they're lazy to get out from it. By the way, that restaurant owes me £10 still for sending wrong order to my address, which I didn't even have a heart to...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to visit the McDonald’s on Queen Drive Avenue in Liverpool, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The drive-thru service was exceptionally smooth, and the staff members were friendly and efficient.
The convenience of the drive-thru allowed me to enjoy a quick meal without the need to leave my car. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was impressed with the speed at which my order was taken and prepared.
The food itself was exactly what you would expect from McDonald’s—tasty and satisfying. The classic Big Mac I ordered was freshly made, with a generous portion of beef, crispy lettuce, and the iconic special sauce. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, and the soft drink was refreshing.
I also appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment. The drive-thru area was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. The staff demonstrated excellent hygiene practices, which further added to my positive experience.
Overall, the McDonald’s on Queen Drive Avenue in Liverpool with a nice drive-thru is a great option for a quick and enjoyable meal. The efficient service, delicious food, and pleasant atmosphere make it a go-to spot when you’re craving some McDonald’s...
Read moreAbsolute joke of a place. We waited 45 minutes for our order, that long that it disappeared off the screen. No paper in the printer so nobody had any proof of their order and the ones that did weren't even checked anyway. Kids making orders up had no urgency about them and when I asked where my order was, she just mumbled something unintelligible at the floor and sauntered off. 10 more minutes passed and the wife asked another kid who had to ask us what the order was and go make it up. When we finally got our food after almost an hour, the burgers were cold, fries were soggy and there were no dips for the cold mozzarella sticks. I get that its busier than usual because edge Lane is closed but frankly, that ain't my problem. Put more staff on, supervise them better, serve hot food. If you're not sure how then go have a look at how stonedale maccies does it. In fact I'd strongly advise you send your staff there for some training. We'll be avoiding queens drive maccies like the plague from now on and I suggest anyone reading this review does so as well. It's a dump and the service and quality of the food...
