Ever been served white chicken at Nando’s? 🤢
I have been going to Nando’s for 25yrs in London and in Liverpool and I have NEVER been served white, just about cooked chicken that looks boiled rather than grilled at any Nando’s restaurant ever!!
I am wondering has anyone who works here been to a Nando’s before ? And if so how on earth are you serving this up and thinking it’s OK?
I sent my full platter back in shock and they bought out a new one looking exactly the same!!
The chef must be colour blind! 😂 if you don’t laugh you will cry honestly I think people should go just for the comedy and the pics of the food so all your mates can laugh at you!!
I’ve attached a photo of my Nando’s and the photos from Nando’s of their chicken from their own website and socials so you can see the difference, whoever is running this place has NO IDEA what they are doing!
Someone come get them and take them to a proper Nando’s PLEASE 🙏🏽

Corporate better step in quick and get this sorted ASAP because this branch here is excelling in destroying the Nando’s brand quicker than you can say “this ain’t Nando’s”

Server arrived I offered the £1.50 in cash…turns out its card only. Pulls my card out and her machines not working. Told you can’t have and that’s it in a very abrupt manner! I ask for the manager she arrives and was more ignorant than the server. 10 minutes have now passed the uneaten food is now cold, I’d have a long wait for more chicken as she only allows staff to cook small batches so I ask for a full refund, she can’t send me a confirmation email for at least 24 hours and the refund would be 10 days! I point out that email is instant, I’ve not had what I’ve paid for. So she decided to just storm off as she didn’t want to listen to what I had to say! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO NANDOS. Absolutely disgusting service tonight. 40 minute wait for food and it came out cold. sent it back and it came back with no chicken in the pitta, yep no chicken. no apology from the actual manager and made to feel like we weren't welcome with no one coming to check on us at all, all staff diverting the other way around the restaurant. awful customer service with staff muttering when putting plates down, not even bothered about their customers. Was told the meal would be refunded by the supervisor who couldn't be bothered to come tell us themselves. only had 1 meal refunded. we will be taking this further. Even the ladies, who came in after us, on the table next to ours, said their food was appalling and wouldn't be returning and their food came before ours as well.
