Q's Kitchen — Restaurant in Liverpool

I came to this cafe (take away) yesterday and I wasn’t very happy with my food. It was served to me in a box, I wanted to inside. The food was cold, as it’s not cooked from Fresh as you order it. I also know you 2 that served me yesterday DO NOT EVEN EAT YOIR OWN FOOD ….. McDonald’s 2 seconds away from your self that’s where use eat from nearly every day. The staff have told me when I had to go to McDonald’s for some HOT breakfast. And you’ve only been open a few weeks your self. I’ve also seen another persons review from yesterday and they must of got my food that I didn’t want as it’s the same review? You didn’t have a choice if the egg came runny or poached with no runny yolk. Your not the same as a fast food restaurant either by the way your a CAFE and I see that you keep removing reviews which isn’t the way to go about getting your self on the food map is there. Imagine comparing your self to McDonald’s and fast food restaurants your a CAFE...

Brecfast with no beans then asked for no mushroom &tomato as allergic they then put it on pate and polished off with tissue out of pocket all freezing then tea has white lumps in from off milk honestly don’t normally complain if is bad but shocking dosent even cut it really scaly staff scratching albums picking noses and no care for the quality or service provided heard 4 times can’t be arsed in ere can’t wait to go home fyi owners or manager everyone in the hotel next door even hotel staff advising don’t waste ye money go to McDonald’s definitely won’t be open next year this place custom will crash also staff in kitchen with skin head woman intimidates the other staff and they look scared to say snarled me since I said it was cold looks ike she been on one...

Hi my name is nicole johnston I have been staying in a hotel for 7 weeks due to this hotel they do not provide breakfast or tea so when I seen the leaflet on side of their cafe I went to have look.

The breakfast I keep getting are amazing taste gorgoues fills me up threw day coffee I get is cameral latte best coffee I taste in while due by staying in hotel gave me 20% discount that amazing save me money ❤️

The staffs are so lovely genuine caring always ask how you are when you walk in I’ve never felt so welcome in cafe place like this before❤️

Everyone in their like a family you could tell always have laugh and smile when you walk in speak to you so lovely polite love this cafe ❤️❤️
