Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Liverpool

I waited more than 30 minutes in a queue of 5 people, then I waited more than 45 minutes till they finally brought our order (2 simple meals). The quality of this simple food was also disappointingly underwhelming, eggs were literally raw and it was just yolk with almost no white. Hash browns were probably sticked together while frying resulting in an oil-soaked, non-crunchy something. On the other hand, coffees were quite good and done quickly as well. This place might be good for getting a cup of coffee in an off-peak time, but really avoid eating here, and if you see a queue of 5 people, account for 30+ minutes just...

I eat very often at this place. I am vegan. In addition to learning sign language, the staff should learn manners and what vegan food is. 2 weeks ago, I received a breakfast with pork and eggs. I regretfully sent it back. The guy was very kind. Yesterday, cow's milk, butter and eggs. On the other hand, they did not give me avocado, tomatoes and mushrooms. The people who work at the cafe are very rude. A very tall and young guy is always very kind, helpful and patient. I also have a good memory of a very young girl. She always smiles and is kind. It is not an obligation to work for the public if you can't...

Positives: Tea arrived quickly, and the food was about ten minutes in arriving. Negatives: Just about everything else. Look at the photos, no way does that breakfast reach the standard of costing £8:50! It's the price of an independent café, which I would suggest you visit over the road instead. And that avacado? What happened? It looks like it went off last week. Not only was it mostly brown, it smelt too. How does the person making this, or staff, not notice?

I gave two stars for service because I didn't have to wait long, but this place is a must...
