Hidden Gem in Wembley – A Fusion of Flavour and Elegance Just when you think you’ve seen it all in Wembley, a new Indian restaurant steps in and completely raises the bar. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported out of Wembley and into a sleek, modern space with an ambient vibe that’s both stylish and inviting. The attention to detail in the decor sets the tone for what turns out to be an unforgettable dining experience. Let’s talk about the food – wow. The menu offers an exciting twist on Indian cuisine, but the star of the show is without a doubt their signature dish: Sharaabi Paneer. Rich, bold, and packed with flavour, it’s unlike anything I’ve tasted before – a must-try for any foodie. Pair your meal with a drink from their impressive bar – a real standout feature. The cocktail menu is solid, with something for every palate, but what really blew me away was their selection of spirits. A curated lineup of Indian and Japanese whiskies, Indian gins, and even Indian vodka? That’s something you don’t see every day, and it adds a unique twist to the overall experience. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the whole evening had that perfect blend of laid-back and luxe. Whether you’re local or just visiting, this place is well worth a visit. Wembley just got a serious upgrade.

I was greeted well, the tables were clean and the aesthetics was very inviting with modern architecture. However I ordered Chicken biriyani which was over priced by £5, however putting that a side, there was may be 4-6 TINY pieces of Chicken in the chicken biryani, which was not even 15 percent protein of biryani the rest was filled with rice. The salad was over priced at £5. The food had taste but the value is poor you can get much better deals locally. I refused to pay service charge which is added at 12.5 percent. The waiter was nice he took my views on board he listened and I asked him to relay information to owner/manager. May visit again if more protein is offered and money for value or offer to revist is sent to me.

The dining experience at Baarish Restaurant was nothing short of delightful. Every bite of the food was bursting with flavour, leaving us craving more. Alongside our delicious meals, we indulged in some expertly cocktails that perfectly complemented the dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was enchanting, with soft lighting and cosy seating creating a warm ambience. Moreover, the stunning decor added to the overall charm of the place. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the beauty of the restaurant. Overall, it was a memorable culinary journey that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience.

I'll start with the good points (there were a couple) and then move on to why I will never recommend this place to anyone. I went with a friend, for a quiet catchup and some nice food. Neither of us were very hungry, so only wanted light bites. Reviews looked good, so thought why not give it a go! Things we ordered - Pani Puri (was nice), chilli paneer (was OK), fries (were OK) Paan (was quite sweet but nice), masala tea (unpalatable) On entering the 'restaurant', there was no feeling of being welcomed. Despite it being almost empty, staff stood around behind or by the bar area and we waited a couple of minutes to just feel noticed. We got seated and ordered food. Music was far too loud (more like club music than a relaxed restaurant feel) We couldn't hear each other speak so asked for it to be turned down a bit. They did that (before turning it even louder later)

We asked for masala tea, which was so strong and bitter we actually couldn't taste the masala flavours. We ended up leaving it and having it removed from the bill. Someone on another table was celebrating their birthday, so they turned the music right up again, only even louder, and just left it like that to the point that we just had to leave. Other good restaurants care about all their customers, so if they turn the music up to sing happy birthday to someone, they will usually turn it back down to a comfortable level afterwards. But these guys didn't care that there were customers there (us) who had not long ago asked them to turn the music down as it was too loud for us already. If we wanted that sort of vibe we'd have gone to a club. But maybe they didn't care as we had already paid the bill, and had sent back their bitter masala tea. Generally speaking, it wasn't very expensive, but when the experience is bad it feels like a huge waste. We both agreed to never visit this...
