Bella Pizza — Restaurant in London

Worst service ever for the first time, been ordering for many years strictly from Bella Pizza only.

Best pizza’s out there but today was ridiculous, waited one hour and still didn’t receive the food, I called the restaurant, they mentioned they have one driver, then the guy said the driver had a accident, when I complained about cancelling the order, he mentioned he has already made the food and is waiting for a driver, I said the food will be really cold, he then mentioned the food is on the side and not cooked yet, I was still insisting on cancelling and the staff said we can deliver to you in 30 mins, I didn’t agree then he mentioned 15minutes for delivery.

We were only offered £2-£3 discount on the bill, by this time it would have been almost 2 hours since ordering, all other pizza places offer the order for free if they exceed more than the 45minute - 1 hour delivery time, especially if the customer is not informed that delivery will be late. In this case whilst ordering, I was not told they have one driver and was not told that it will take more than an hour and half.

I am very disappointed as I don’t like ordering from other pizza places but unfortunately this is what I have to do today!

To be spending £40 and above and waiting 2 hours for delivery is not acceptable at all especially when we have been regular customers for a very very long time which they can see on their system, yet they still offered £2-£3 discount which is very disrespectful towards customers.

I asked for £10-£15 off and they said it is too much, waiting 2 hours and not being told when ordering that the delivery will be late is not too much?

The management need to do better to keep their customers happy otherwise people will...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOOD WAS COLD AND BURNT ORDERED DEEP PAN PIZZAS BUT WAS VERY THIN LIKE NAN BREAD TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS’NT HELPFUL AND DIDNT CARE AS LONG AS HE GOT HIS MONEY ALL THE FOOD WAS DISPOSED OF AS IT WAS COLD AND BURNT AND BLOODY ROCK HARD.

I’ve tried contacting the business regarding this matter for over a week and was told to call the church Lane branch. The manager was not available and then I tried again and spoke to the manager, he said he will contact me that evening but still did not receive a phone call. I called the church Lane branch and asked to speak to the manager instead a delivery guy spoke to me claiming he was the manager and then told me after the conversation that he wasn’t and put the phone down on me. I called again and asked for the manager the person put the phone down and so i went to the Stanmore branch to speak to the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional saying he didn’t have time to deal with this enquiry and because of the bad review he is not willing to help. As a loyal customer I will not be purchasing any goods from this branch or the Church Lane branch due to the lack of respect and professionalism. The manager needs a reality check if he thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers in this manner. 4

Wanted to leave a review due to seeing so many bad reviews after already ordering and receiving my food from Uber eats. Normally I am extremely fussy where I eat from, so I took a chance with ordering from somewhere new, but I was so pleasantly surprised - the food was delicious. I then search up the shop here on google to find where the shop was located exactly ect and saw the awful awful reviews - which left me so confused as my food was completely the opposite as to what most of the bad reviews were saying. It was cooked perfectly and I really like the base - no raw dough or burnt pizza ? It arrived hot considering the distance. Smelt nice, tasted nice, looked nice. I really cannot complain about anything and will most definitely be ordering again. I can’t comment on the customer service or the employees however as I haven’t had any contact due to ordering through a third party app. I was very suspicious in the fact that a lot of people were saying “this is not a fake review” and such and I wonder if this is the malicious intent of someone with a vendetta or maybe competitors? so I felt obligated to leave a good review as this was my experience.
