Breakfast is everything. The beginning, the first thing. It is the mouthful that is the commitment to a new day, a continuing life -A. A. Gill If this what defines your relationship with breakfast, then this might just be the place for you. The idiom that breakfast is the most important meal of the day has been taken quite literally by this family-owned-and-run cafĂ© where they serve up a pukka British gastro experience and with quantities to boot. Therefore, be aware, when you plan to be here then do ensure that you have enough real estate to enjoy every bit of it. We happen to chance on this place while we were on our quest to find the cafes serving a wholesome full English. But we werenât very sure if the trip would be worth it, and boy, how wrong were we. This quintessential cafĂ© served us with a plate full of scrumptious, belly-filling and satisfying breakky that we had in the recent past. The Full aside it also offers a range of other eats such as paninis, rolls, baguettes, burgers, etc. The junta often undermine and underestimate the offerings and value of a family-owned-and-run cafĂ©. But this place proves it otherwise and this I think their loyal patrons reflect this. It has a very family-type environment which is the exact character of this cafĂ©. It may not be a fancy-smanshy snooty cafĂ© and doesnât pretend to be one but what it offers it delivers, and in that, it is able to bring joy to all its customers. Apart from the good food, the other thing that could surprise you is the spankingly clean bathroom which I think is the most underrated differentiator when it comes to defining good eateries. The understatement of decades on how a decent, well-kept, and well-appointed bathroom can add value to your business. Greenford may not be in your way of the commute but in case you are nearby then itâs worth every penny that you would spend to get to this place. Nevertheless, if you want to have something more to do other than just visiting the cafĂ© then add the âLondon Motorcycle Museumâ, which is walking distance from the cafe, to your itinerary. This museum boasts over 170-period bikes from 1870 on and as it states on their site, âThe museum has over 170 bikes and over 100 other exhibits on permanent display, plus many more in reserve. If you are interested in a specific bike, please contact us before coming to see it so we can make sure it is available (in some cases a donation to the museums charitable trust will be charged)â. So, if you are an enthusiast then it could be one very memorable trip and one which feeds not just your belly :)
