Bijou Bar — Restaurant in London

It wasn’t terrible. Felt uneasy, walking in not sure if I can sit, if I need to wait - no staff on floor no signs.

Once I was told I can sit and someone would come over … long wait for anyone.

Place was about 45% full with 3 staff (not sure if that’s normal)

Got a drink, but a bit of a wait for food too. Not a place to eat if your in a hurry for work or something.

Prices were ok. Food was good, nice and tasty … not amazing but enjoyed.

Maybe it was a one off … would try again and hope for a better experience. Just to be clear no one was rude, in fact the workers were friendly but maybe they were...

Initially served pleasantly. However when we decided to add to our meal. Another server's attitude was rude, condescending and very unprofessional in front of customers. It shows that a REALLY successful establishment is capable of providing a Consistent and reliable service that is long lasting. Unfortunately unlike the decor, it's a random, risk taker for good service. So we tried the Annayu Restaurant, next door, Excellent, Excellent. We stayed in the Radisson Blu the night before a trip to America and wanted to avoid a fast food meal, and so decided to eat at the hotel bar as they offered salads. We opted for two chicken, bacon and avocado salads and two soft drinks. The salads were just about warm, with some leaves gone rather than wilted. My husband couldn't eat the chicken on his.
