Absolutely shocking!! Ordered on Uber eats, 2 American double burgers and fries, the food was more or less completely raw!! Tried to call but no luck, was so bad I actually drove to the industrial park where they are based and took it to the chef to question him where he was LAUGHING! How sickening, his name was Alex and he found it funny that he was serving raw food. My partner has been violently sick shortly after taking a bite. Would give 0 stars if I could. Should have read reviews before ordering. Worst food I have ever ordered, my burger patty came FROZEN - not a bit of it was warm just straight up frozen. After quickly googling and reading the reviews and seeing raw chicken I shouted at my partner to not dare take a bite of his as I didn’t want anyone sick. whoever makes the food here is next level crazy and absolutely lazy, embarrassing that any of this gets served. shut this place down! it is such a health and softy hazard I’m surprised this place is running. DO NOT ORDER. AVOID. I ordered last night on a two for one deal. Half way through my burger I bit Into a thick cm long bolt that was inside my burger. Thankfully it didn’t take a tooth out or cause damage. More thankfully my 3 year old daughter was also eating from there and she avoided that particular burger. Could have been a horrifying night in A and E. NO REFUND YET!! Disgusting. Whatever food prep process they have in place there is dangerous. Save yourself....
