Brokengate cafe' — Restaurant in London

A decent local cafe. A little gem.

I’ve never actually ate anything here before but for some reason I fancied the full works: a full English. This is local to me.

I visited late afternoon on a Saturday and given the all day breakfast factor, this was a good opportunity to try and I was the only dining guest at that time.

Pictures speak a thousand words: all ingredients are of good quality, fresh and served hot. My toast came first but I opted for a water vs a caffeinated beverage.

Egg, sausage, two bacon, two hash brown, tomato, baked beans, mushroom: I left satisfied and full. But not overly full.

You can pay by card and those that served me and greeted me were all courteous and welcoming.

£7 for a full breakfast in a spacious local cafe is a worth looking into. I will definitely...

The place has upped its prices and filled half the plates with beans. The fried egg was not cooked properly, it was still a watery texture, the bacon had little to no taste which means they've used the cheapest ones and the fries were soggy. The burger patty was rubbery and chewy and tasted like one of those basic supermarket value ones. The final straw was that they charged 60p for fried onions, what a p1ss take. Do yourself a favour and hop on the train and head to Masterchef in Ruislip Manor for a proper fry up full of flavour and...

Been here a couple of times to have food from their breakfast menu. And I have to say the quality and taste are excellent every time. The food is well cooked, taste great with so much flavour and served at reasonable times. I’ve also ordered from them through Uber Eats, being pleasantly surprised by the way the food was all packed and presented. The cafe itself has a cosy atmosphere and the staff members are very friendly, even remembering ‘my usual’ order. Goes to show how many times I’ve been there. Highly...
