Brother Cafe — Restaurant in London

Brother Cafe has truly become one of my favorite spots to relax, recharge, and enjoy some amazing food. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The interior is tastefully done — simple, clean, and cozy, making it an ideal place to hang out with friends, have a quiet coffee alone, or even get some work done.

I got 3 half cut mushrooms on my plate, eggs were joined together, I wasn't asked what type of bread I'd like and the coffee wasn't what I asked for. Rather than amended the order and as part of customer service make me a new one, the staff kept banging on about the 50p extra charge. Honestly when tapping with card payments I wouldn't have noticed whether she's charged me more for the alternative oat milk or not. When I tap I assume the correct amount has been charged and applied. Additionally, they only keep 1 slice of cake/cheesecake out on display - the rest are still frozen.
