Missing food!! Terrible experience. Ordered £39 on TWO chicken Shish kebabs and ONLY ONE Kebab turned up within 15 minutes of ordering.. which makes you wonder if it was a old order or cancelled order as it was also incorrect amount of food and TWO portions of salad for each of the kebabs i ordered. I called to explain one of us was missing a dinner and was told “yeah they messed up the order but its a large kebab so there’s 10 bits of chicken… so your just missing a pitta..” i explained that now one of us was going without a dinner that we had paid for. Wasn’t offered a partial refund or replacement dinner just to sit and share scraps of chicken with stone cold chips clearly an old order. Uber suggest contacting them direct to stop us missing out on a dinner but no help. Waste of time and money and now having to order something else so very expensive experience. I have been getting from this place since I was a young teenager, my secondary school is just up the hill and this always was the spot to grab a bite to eat. It seems things have not changed and this places food, staff and prices are just as fantastic as they always used to be. Their decor is lovely and inviting and just all round nice place to be. If your looking for some proper kebab and burgers this is the place to go. I went here for the first time, as it was recommended as a local place to go. There was both seating in and take out - decided to eat in as it was already getting dark outside. For a kebab place, I thought it was very good - and there was a variety of choices (mainly chicken and lamb).
