On Sunday 29.10.23 , I went to your Glencoe rd Yeading,Hayes branch to buy a meal at around 12.32, ticket number 761 according to receipt, I drove in but my attention was taken by the adverts on your billboard. Since there was no one behind me, I was taking my time. Without thinking , I drove on, I missed your drive thru order area, and I drove to the payment area. Even though I could see no one was behind me, I could not reverse because of the bend, I could not see cars coming behind me. At the payment area, I was served by ... who told me I should have done the orders at the order area. I apologised and explained the above. I told ... what I wanted, the classic meal. She could not understand what I wanted in my classic, and she told me to go back to the entrance and order from the order area. She could not serve me. So I drove back around. In all that time, there was no one behind me. Even when I drove around, I was still the only one. I understand if there were other customers behind me to save time. But I was the only one. At the order area, guess who asked for my order. Same staff ... I could not even see on your billboard the classic meal. In the end, I said with chillie bites because she had mentioned them before. I drove to the payment area, paid, and I left, still being the only one. There was no one behind me. Could she not have helped me at the payment area without making me drive round to the order area again? I'm disappointed with such a service. I will not allow myself to be treated the same. So I will not be returning to that branch and possibly to all Burger Kings because I will be reminded of this experience. Read moreWaiting at the drive through for ages only for them to mess the order up. Very annoying. The food is fine actually its better than Maccys. The 5 star ratings are probably from the owner s or staff. Its the little things that make all the difference like being offered salt or ketchup or god forbid some sugar for a drink. If you ever use the drive through late at night you can guarantee no chance of a milkshake as machine is out of order. Normally I would give them a higher score but got to say their service is poor recently ad the staff are a bit surly. I did see a supervisor being a bit harsh to one of the staff in front of customers which annoyed me. Cocky young manager on a power trip UPDATE: Gone downhill. Half the menu not available and why oh why does the milkshake machine never ever work. When you ask why is it always broken they just nervously titter. Read moreUNHYGIENIC PLACE!!! I order from here all the time for delivery. It was first time I was in store here to eat in. There is this new person working on the til. You can tell they are new because someone else is working the til and she was watching how to do it.
Once the order was done the person left to help prep the order and told this new girl to give us the cups with the lid. I was still standing at the til when she turned around to get the cups and I saw that she sneezed and caught it in her hands. The person then just took the cups and lid and give it to us. I told her I saw you sneeze and then touch the cups and I ain’t touching that. She got annoyed with me and then went to the back and didn’t come back out. I’m sorry but where have common sense and hygiene gone these day. What kind of freshy backwards place is this? Can’t order from here knowing how this place is run in person now.
