I usually do not dislike but this places is destroyed by students.. There are coffee stains on the chairs and it's mainly occupied by students all times. I have no idea how starbucks makes enough revenue by only catering to students who happen to just buy one drink and sit there for 6_7 hours. Nothing wrong for students but they should perhaps may be use library or other options and if students do like studying here then starbucks should may be think of building a separate area for them. There is a lot of space around avaliable in the parking. I went there with family few weeks ago and it was packed with students and they had one drink per table and there were laptops, books, not pads, pencil cases.. Just imagine library or a group study room. One student was hogging two tables siting on chair because the round table are small for keeping laptop and books. He had no courtesy to offer one table and why would he when it is allowed and he has exams to revise for. It needs a solution to this demand so that families do not have to turn away. And please either get the chairs cleaned or replaced especially one in the middle area.....

While waiting in line, my friend and I were rudely asked for our order. Midway through, the staff member named Marta abruptly walked away without any courtesy like "excuse me" or "apologies." It was incredibly off-putting and unprofessional.
After finally placing our order, I moved to the waiting area, only to be greeted by an unfortunate incident. Eniko, one of the staff, dropped a large container of milk into the sink, splashing milk everywhere. To my disbelief, there was no apology or attempt to clean up the mess. It was met with a "oh well" attitude.
This level of customer service is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. I have never encountered such a careless and apathetic attitude toward customers.
