Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered food. Wrong order and went back to report it following a 20 mins drive. The supervisor was claiming constantly that we apparently made the wrong order. Complete denial throughout. Hung the phone up on us 3 times and so we decided to go and drop it off so they could see for themselves.
Burger shack is operating from this place. So if you are ordering from uber or deliveroo. This is where it's coming from. So be mindful if things don't go okay. You will be told. It's your problem not theirs. As you imagined we ordered from deliveroo.

well i have to say the food was absolutely mind blowing, the taste when i bit into the burger was just so amazing . the chicken was made to an amazing standard and presentation was phenomenal so it definitely gets top ratings for that . service was 10/10 from the workers and it just made it one of the best takeaways for me . everything to an amazing standard and exceeded my expectations so hats of to the workers . the atmosphere needs more working on as i didnt see any badderz inside the shop , i had my friends saying all the gyaldem would be there in the shop but as i arrived there was no gyal for one . at the end of the day the food was amazing so it pays off for...
