Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I have been coming to this Costa for a long time and everytime l come the staff are very rude they dont greet or say thank you or you welcome, whilst they serve me they speak in the own lanquage that is not even the biggest problem my 2 years old dropped her drink and l told one of the staff in a nice way she was rude and told me that l always do this with my children. How rude? The way they speak to customers totally not professional l have made a report to the head office because lt was not the first time that l experienced this behaviour with them and l was reading other reviews many people had the same problem. Given the fact that it is located in the dreadful urban slum that is modern Wealdstone, this is pretty good. There is literally nowhere else to eat during the day in this area, unless you fancy your chances rubbing shoulders with the local teenage gangs at the one of the grotty Halal fried chicken shops. This Costa is relatively new to Wealdstone. The service is usually quick and efficient, the staff are always friendly and polite. Its busy and popular with a small terrace at the back. However, the bins at the back on the pavement seem to attract fly tippers and sometimes there is a mountain of rubbish left to accumulate.
